Q: Are your singing bowls handmade?
Yes. All our singing bowls are hand-hammered in Nepal by skilled artisans using traditional techniques. Each one is unique in tone and character.
Q: Are your thangkas authentic?
Yes. Our thangkas are hand-painted in Nepal by local artists trained in traditional Tibetan Buddhist iconography. We do not sell printed reproductions.
Q: How do I choose the right singing bowl or thangka?
We’re happy to help! Contact us and tell us your intention — whether for meditation, gifting, healing, or spiritual use — and we’ll offer personalized recommendations.
Q: What are antique beads, and are they genuine?
Our antique beads are sourced ethically from Nepal and neighboring regions, and include Dzi, Pumtek, and ancient trade beads. We handpick each piece based on authenticity, age, and condition.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
Due to the delicate and one-of-a-kind nature of many of our items, we currently do not offer returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there’s an issue.
Q: What if my item arrives damaged?
We take great care in packing, but if your item is damaged in transit, please contact us with photos immediately so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Q: How do I care for my singing bowl?
Avoid moisture and clean gently with a dry cloth. Store on a cushion when not in use, and avoid dropping or striking the bowl too hard.
Q: Can thangkas be framed?
Yes! Many customers choose to frame their thangkas under glass to preserve the artwork while keeping it visible and protected. Avoid direct sunlight.
Q: Are your aromatherapy products natural?
